Can I delay my payment temporarily?
Yes, you can! To do so your loan must be current and the duration of the delay is limited. Please contact our customer service team to learn more.
Can I make extra payments toward my loan?
Yes, you can! To learn more or to make a payment, contact our customer service team at 780.483.5337.
Can I pay out my loan before the end of term?
Yes, you can! Simply contact our customer service team to confirm a payoff quote. Please note that an administration fee will apply to any early payoff.
My contact information has changed. What do I need to do?

What should I do if I have changed bank accounts or closed my old account?
You must contact our customer service department at least two business days prior to the due date of your next payment. You will be required to email/fax in the new banking information with a void cheque or a preauthorized debit form that your financial institution provides.
Does Taz Loans report to the credit bureaus?
Yes, we report to Equifax and TransUnion at the end of every month, which can help our customers rebuild their credit. It pays to keep your account current at all times!
What if I have an accident?
You must contact your insurance company and Taz Loans immediately.
